    Drafts are shared for review, revisions are applied as outlined, and final files are delivered within the agreed timeline.

Requests & Timelines

Requests enter the production schedule once all text, images, dimensions, and supporting materials are received. Most standard requests receive a first draft within 5–7 business days; larger documents and campaigns may take 7–14 business days.

ByTriumphant operates by appointment and scheduled availability—submitting a request does not guarantee same-day service. Rush requests (under three business days) are subject to availability and an additional fee.

Revisions

Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds—adjustments to existing content such as layout, spacing, color, or formatting. Revision turnaround is generally 3–5 business days after consolidated feedback is received.

Additional requests, new content, or changes submitted after revisions are completed may require a new request or additional time.

Courtesy discounts Regular pricing reflects the full value of each service. Nonprofit organizations may be eligible for a 30% nonprofit courtesy discount. Select friends and family referrals may receive an additional courtesy discount, for a total savings of up to 50% off the selected service package. Eligibility is confirmed during the inquiry or consultation process.

Payment plans Payment plans may be available for select packages. Work begins after the first payment is received, and final files are delivered after the balance is paid in full.

Absolutely. Awareness Campaign Bundles are designed so shirts, mugs, and materials share one coordinated look for your campaign or event.

How are payments handled?

Merchandise purchases are handled securely through Square checkout links. Custom orders are quoted first, then invoiced through Square.

How long does custom merchandise take?

Timelines depend on the item, quantity, and current production schedule. Custom merchandise generally takes longer than design-only work because it includes printing and fulfillment. An estimated timeline is confirmed with your quote before production begins.

What is needed for a logo-only project?

To begin a logo-only project, please be ready to share:

  • Official organization name
  • Tagline or slogan, if applicable
  • Mission or purpose of the organization
  • Preferred colors, if any
  • Colors, symbols, or styles to avoid
  • Examples of logos or styles you like
  • Where the logo will be used
  • Whether it should be the full name, initials, a symbol, or a combination

Do you provide trademark searches?

ByTriumphant may conduct basic informational research to identify obvious similarities involving organization names, social media accounts, domain names, and visual branding. This is not a comprehensive trademark clearance search or legal opinion. Clients remain responsible for obtaining legal review and confirming that their selected name, tagline, and logo are available for use.
