Based on your needs, a monthly service or scoped project is recommended. Details are confirmed before any work begins.
Design requests are submitted by email or through a simple request form to keep everything clear and organized.
Drafts are shared for review, revisions are applied as outlined, and final files are delivered within the agreed timeline.
Requests enter the production schedule once all text, images, dimensions, and supporting materials are received. Most standard requests receive a first draft within 5–7 business days; larger documents and campaigns may take 7–14 business days.
ByTriumphant operates by appointment and scheduled availability—submitting a request does not guarantee same-day service. Rush requests (under three business days) are subject to availability and an additional fee.
Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds—adjustments to existing content such as layout, spacing, color, or formatting. Revision turnaround is generally 3–5 business days after consolidated feedback is received.
Additional requests, new content, or changes submitted after revisions are completed may require a new request or additional time.
Pricing is based on the scope of each service and shared during your inquiry or consultation. Eligible organizations may qualify for courtesy discounts.

Select friends and family referrals may receive an additional courtesy discount, for a total savings of up to 50% off the selected service package.
